Henry is always on the lookout for news. He’s RadioBDC’s News Director and Morning Presenter. He’s also a music and art collector, and is a world-class cook with over 5,000 cookbooks in his library.

Julie Kramer Julie Kramer

Julie enters the building every day with a big smile and trough of freshly brewed coffee. She is RadioBDC's Music Director and mid-day Presenter. Listen to "Lunch At Your Desk" weekdays from Noon to 1p.m.

Jason Layne Jason Layne

Music is Jason's life. When he is not on air on Sundays, he's usually beating up a drum kit, playing guitar, adding to his Rob-Gordon-sized vinyl collection or seeing Built To Spill for the umpteenth time. He is also a baseball junkie.

Paul Driscoll Paul Driscoll

Paul is the Director of Operations and Program Development for RadioBDC. He is also the presenter of The Brink and the BDCBrunch. During his time working in the music industry he has played a key role in helping break a number of artists on the local, national and worldwide stage.

Steph Mangan Steph Mangan

Steph Mangan hosts Grrl Power and LocalBDC. When she's not at the studio, she is constantly on the look out for up-and-coming local bands and attending shows at Boston's many venues. She is an avid enthusiast of burritos and denim jackets.

TJ Connelly TJ Connelly

TJ has the sweetest DJ gig in the city of Boston. He also is the resident DJ at Fenway Park.

Hugo Boss Isn’t The First Company To Be Caught “Borrowing” Music
It's as if Hugo Boss didn’t even try to mask their plagiarism when they used “a poorly disguised fake” adaptation of The XX's 2009 hit “Intro” in a recent commercial. The flagrant rip-off caught the attention of the band’s label, Young Turks, who tweeted a justifiably irritated response. Sadly this isn’t the first company to shamelessly rip-off musicians. Despite plagiarism being almost guaranteed to get called out in today's digital age, Hugo Boss doesn’t stand alone in the spotlight of shame. Some soundtrack suggestions for when Twin Peaks returns in 2016
Read this quote out loud in the voice of a creepy, dreamy giant: "It is happening again." As Perry Eaton reported earlier, "Twin Peaks" will return in 2016 as a Showtime miniseries. One of the hallmarks of the original series was the way that producers David Lynch and Mark Frost used music to create the otherworldly atmosphere of Twin Peaks. This begs the question: which contemporary artists are best suited to the sonic landscape of Twin Peaks? Grab a cup of coffee; I have a few suggestions. More
